Ron has been cooking and smoking Boston Butts, Ribs and Chicken for some 35 years. You know, for family enjoyment and friends "get togethers". Upon semi-retiring in 2008, he decided to offer his cooking to the public. With his wife Sue and some special friends help, Hickory Hill BBQ opened under a canopy for a "test run" in 2009. Since many folks seemed to love this old fashioned BBQ and some very special sauces, the decision was made to take it to the next level. Building construction was completed in the Spring of 2010. We are now serving some of the best BBQ anywhere due to your support. Our goal is to provide good service, a friendly, backyard atmosphere and great food while taking care to prepare it under the safest conditions (we scored 100 on our recent Health Dept. inspection !).
